As President of Secta Consulting I constantly strive to maintain solid, positive relationships with the Private Career College sector and the Ministry. This established network benefits both PCCs and the Ministry equally.
My introduction to the PCC sector began as Financial Aid Administrator, and subsequently transitioned into campus director for several years. My exposure in the sector has run the gambit from administrator – student loan - marketing/sales – management – compliance.
In addition, as an OACC (Ontario Association of Career Colleges) former Board member and current working group member I have been significantly involved in contributing time and ideas regarding important issues that impact the sector (PCC Act Legislation, TCAF (Training Completion Assurance Fund), and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
I am a proud graduate of McMaster University – Hamilton, ON.
